JobLider terms and conditions

§ 1 General provisions
  1. Terms and Conditions – this document governs the terms and conditions of JobLider’s electronic services. Before using JobLider’s services, the User should read the Terms and Conditions.
  2. Portal – the website https://joblider.com.
  3. JobLider – service provider, JobLider Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poland, in Warsaw, ul. Hoża 86/410 (00-530 Warsaw), entered in the National Court Register, NIP: PL7011190427, REGON: 527829093.
  4. User – the person using the Portal.
  5. Service – JobLider services by electronic means which enable Users to use the content of the Portal, to contact JobLider and to submit job applications or job enquiries.
  6. Durable medium – a tool for storing information for the User.
  7. To use the JobLider Services, you are required to have an operating system: MS Windows Vista, MS Windows 7 and 8, MS Windows XP SP-3, macOS X 10.4.8 or later, and a web browser with Javascript activated and cookies enabled. JobLider reserves the right to interrupt access to the Portal for maintenance or modernisation reasons.
  8. JobLider provides the Services under the terms and conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions, which are an integral part of the contracts with Users. The Privacy Policy available at https://joblider.com is also an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
  9. Due to the development of the Services, the scope of the Services may change, of which JobLider will inform you on the Portal.
  10. JobLider processes Users’ personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council and the Privacy Policy.
  11. The User may cancel the Services at any time, which is equivalent to the termination of the contract for the provision of electronic services.
  12. JobLider prohibits the posting of content that is unlawful or in breach of good morals. The user is responsible for respecting intellectual property rights.
  13. The User does not acquire intellectual property rights by using the Portal.
  14. JobLider recommends the use of anti-virus software.
§ 2 Other provisions
  1. The User agrees to the collection and sharing of statistics by JobLider. Data is collected automatically to analyse User activity.
  2. JobLider uses cookies to track statistical changes. The User may change their browser settings at any time.
  3. The User has the right to lodge complaints about the Services and JobLider will consider them within 14 days.
  4. JobLider has the right to terminate, amend or suspend the Services at its sole discretion by giving notice on the Portal.
  5. You acknowledge that JobLider may prevent you from using the Portal if you breach the Terms and Conditions.
  6. By using the Portal, the User grants JobLider a licence to use the material submitted. The User warrants that he/she is the owner of the rights to these materials.
  7. JobLider has the right to monitor the materials in the Portal, as well as to edit or remove them in the event of violation of the Rules.
  8. The Terms and Conditions are effective as of 03.02.2023, and JobLider reserves the right to amend them with a 7-day effective date. The contract shall be governed by Polish law and disputes shall be settled by the Polish common court.
